In collaboration with Parks Canada, Cooke Lab students Brittany Sullivan and Taylor Ward have finished installing a radio telemetry array that will be used to track bulltrout movement in 40 Mile Creek, a system that has recently had the fortune of having a dam partially removed to re-establish connectivity (to watch a fantastic video on the dam removal, click here!). Tagging will commence next week, and the team hopes to put out all 136 radio tags before freeze up… brrrr….
