The Fisheries Society of the British Isles names Dr. Cooke their 2008 recipient of the FSBI Medal- “an award given to younger scientists who are deemed to have made exceptional advances in the study of fish biology and/or fisheries science to recognize their achievements.” See FSBI newsletter highlighting the Cooke Lab.
