FECPL PhD students Andrew Rous and Jill Brooks attended an anniversary event at Queen’s Park this week. They displayed their fish telemetry research to Carleton alumni, faculty, donors and Provincial Members of Parliament. The event was part of the University’s 75th Anniversary celebrations and was the conclusion of a day of advocacy meetings with elected members/senior government officials and senior university representatives. Hosted by the President and the Hon. Yasir Naqvi, MA/08, Attorney General and Government House Leader, for government leaders and members of the university community, to connect and hear how Carleton students, faculty, alumni and donors are contributing to Ontario’s prosperity agenda and the good of society.
